The Panelolu is a display and control solution for your RepRap Rostock 3D printer. It comes with a simple connector for the expansion header on Sanguinololu; however the ribbon cable can easily be broken out into a number of individual connection for RAMPS etc.

The display+encoder combination allows for printing without a computer connected, as well as real-time alteration and saving of firmware settings - a significant advance in usability. Full details are available on our blog, along with assembly instructions. The stl and scad files (so you can print your own case) are available on thingiverse . This kit contains a circuit board for the right hand side control option. If you want the click-encoder on the left please contact us before ordering.

To access these features with the Sanguinololu requires the ATmega 1284 chip because of the extra memory required. If you have a Sanguinololu with a 644P then you need to upgrade to the ATmega1284P - see this listing for the AT1284. If you already have an ATmega 1284P there is no need to get another - details of firmware changes are on our blog. On request we will supply a brief HOWTO outlining the firmware upload procedure.

UK shipping is by First Class Recorded Large Letter, international by Airmail Small Packet (untracked). eMakershop will automatically combine postage.
