An Updated version of my popular MK1 Hot End kit.

The Nozzle / Heat shield in this image is designed for 3.0 mm filament.
Nozzle end is drilled 0.5 mm

If this is your 1st Printer this is the size you need.

I am not currently able to supply nozzles for 1.75mm filament. I'm working on this.
If you wish to have your nozzle drilled 0.3mm, 0.4mm or any other size, please contact me.

Nozzle and Heater are Brass.
Heat Shield is PEEK with A Groove Mount to suite most Wade and other similar extruders.
  2 X 6R8 Resistors (1 installed)
  2 X 100K Glass Bead Thermistor (1 Installed)
PTFE Insulated high temperature wire. Approx. 1 Meter.
12 Crimps to connect the wire to the resistor and thermistor.
Spare Feed Tube
 

Resistor leads are Insulated with kapton Tape.
Resistor and Thermistor are Cemented in with Fire Cement.
Machined Parts are turned on my own lathe.
There are some visible tooling marks, Nothing that will in any way affect the product.

This kit is an Updated version of my well proven MK1 design and materials that I use on my own RepRap Mendel.
This design has so far printed several Prusa parts sets and other parts with no issues.
The Grid in the Photo is 5 mm
