The original (pre v0.1) design of the Idler printed part looks like this
This design relies on the force applied to the idler by the springs to prevent the M6 stud from sliding out. There is also a significant amount of float between the 626 bearing and the printed part.
This part can successfully be used as part of a fully functioning eMAKER Huxley 3D printer. Unlike the v0.1 part, this one needs a slim M6 washer either side of the 626 bearing in order to centre it (the M6 serrated lock washers provided in the kits are ideal for this).
